FAQs
Who do you train?
I work with men and women aged 20+ who want to build confidence and knowledge on the gym floor. My goal is to help you feel at home in the gym not seeing workouts as a chore, but as something you genuinely enjoy. I focus on teaching proper exercise technique and building understanding, so the gym becomes a hobby and a lifestyle, not a task
How long have you been coaching for?
I’ve been a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer since December 2023. Before that, I started my own fitness journey back in 2019 as I came out of my teenage years. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time learning and applying different training techniques and methods, which gave me the foundation to now help others with confidence and first-hand experience
Do you train beginners or only advanced athletes?
I train people of all levels ,from complete beginners to advanced lifters. Whether you’re new to the gym and want to build a strong foundation, or you’ve been training for years and want to refine your performance, I adapt sessions to meet your needs. I also enjoy working with sports-focused players, especially footballers, tailoring their programs to boost speed, agility, and power. I’ve even worked with golfers to improve strength and driving performance whatever your sport, I help you play at your best.
What’s your training style or philosophy?
My coaching style is built on 5 key principles that keep training effective, safe, and enjoyable:
Set Achievable & Specific Goals Clarity is the foundation of success. We always know what we’re working toward.
Prioritize Rest & Recovery Growth happens when you rest, not just when you train.
Train Smart & Stay Flexible We adjust sessions to avoid injury and burnout. If your body feels tired, we still show up but keep it light. If you’re fully charged 🔋, we go hard and make it count.
Track Progress & Celebrate Wins Every step forward matters, and we make sure to recognize it. 🥇
Make Training Fun & Rewarding Fitness should challenge you, but it should also be something you look forward to not a chore.
How long before I start seeing results?
Most clients start to notice changes in the mirror within about 4 weeks. I don’t focus too heavily on the scale, since weight can fluctuate with water, hormones, and other factors. Instead, we track progress through how your clothes fit, how your body feels, and progress photos which tell the true story.
That said, I encourage clients to commit to at least 12 weeks of training. The first few weeks build momentum, but around the 12-week mark is the biting point where consistency really pays off and you see bigger, more lasting results.
What happens if I miss a session?
I understand that life happens, so I aim to be as flexible as possible. I train around the clock, and as long as you give me at least 24 hours’ notice, we can rearrange your session at a time that works. If you’re going on holiday or need extra time off, we’ll double up on a different week to make sure you still get the sessions you’ve paid for within the month.
